  • Payments must be completed before order processing or service fulfillment.

  • We accept Stripe as our payment method.

4. Shipping & Delivery (For Skincare Products)

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days.

  • Shipping times vary based on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Shipping fees are calculated separately and will be charged after the order has been placed to ensure accurate pricing. Customers will receive a separate invoice for shipping costs, which must be paid before the order is shipped.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Placenta encapsulation services are non-refundable once processing has begun.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days for a resolution.
